The Questions:
What is your current obsession? Tutus, diaper cakes, anything crafty and of course my only pair of Christian Louboutin's!! LOL! That will probably be the ONLY pair I'll ever own! HA!

What do you think your name says about you? My blog name stands for my lil Brooklyn, my Lexi and me, fun and different. Once my logo is done I will post it. It represents the three of us and why not add my favorite color ...PINK!

Who was the last person you hugged? Brooklyn! She fell asleep on my bed and I hugged her as I took her to her crib!

What’s your favorite dinner? My all time favorite would definitely be my mom's Sopes (kind of like gorditas) but she rarely makes them b/c they take so much time. I literally have to beg!!

What was the last thing you bought? Hmmm, wooden frame to paint! HA!

What are you listening to right now? The sportscaster as I watch the Mav's beat the Spurs!! Go Mavs!!

What is your favorite weather? 70's, 80's but in Texas we never know what kind of weather we'll be having until the day of ...lol!

What's in your bathroom cabinet? Perfume, lotions, scrunchies ..too, too many things. I actually have to clean it out.

Say something about the person/s who tagged you. I don't know her just yet but from what I've read she seems nice and very family oriented and that's always a good thing!

What is your favorite tea flavor? SWEET tea with lemon of course

What did you want to become as a child? An attorney and a news anchor but as you can see that didn't happen ....lol!

What do you miss? Going straight to my room when I was in high school to my big bed to watch 90210 ...ha! NO RESPONSIBILITIES DEFINITELY!!

What's your favorite brand of jeans? True Religion ..you can't go wrong with those and to those who haven't tried them need to!

What's your favorite dessert? Lemon pie

If you could go anywhere in the world for the next hour, where would you go? Paris

Who would you want to meet in person? This is going to make me sound like some groupie (not even) but I am super crazy for Alex from Mana!! They are like the best Spanish Rock group ever and I just LOVE them. Haaaa!!

What’s your 5 year plan? Maybe one more kid, MAYBE and to get my online boutique up and running.

If you could live anywhere, even if it was for 1 year where would it be? New York, I just love the craziness!!

Why is today special? Everyday is special when I come home and my beautiful girls run to me. It just makes me feel SOO loved!!

What is your favorite sport to watch? Definitely FOOTBALL ..especially the Dallas Cowboys, then basketball ...which by the way only 1:00 minute left for the game to be over and we are up by 10 ...c'mon Mavs!!

Great weekend!!!

Ok, so I have to start off by CoNgRaTuLaTiNg my beautiful Lexi in getting accepted into the choir program at W. E. Greiner Middle School/Exploratory Arts Academy!! I am extremely proud of her and can't believe that she will be going to Junior High this coming school year. She has grown up so much and amazes me at how mature she is for her age. I adore my Lexi!! She wasn't so proud of herself when we left the audition a month ago thinking she didn't do so well. She always puts so much pressure on herself and I always tell her to put her best effort and think positively. In the end she always does a great job!! Lot's of thanks to my cousin Juan for helping out with the voice lessons. Here goes a lil slide show of one of my princess' throughout the years!! I love you mamacita!!



More GREAT news .... during the week I was looking for a toddler backpack for Brooklyn and one of my girlfriends told me where I could find it. It's a lil boutique in Oak Cliff called The Cozy Cottage which I had been meaning to stop by ever since it opened but never got the chance up until this past Friday! I absolutely LOVED it!! I spoke with the owner about maybe carrying some of my items and guess what???? She is!! She is the sweetest lady ever and I just had to give her the biggest hug!! So guys my diaper cakes will now be sold at The Cozy Cottage!! I am extremely excited and can't wait until it's all up and running!!

It is still under major construction so if you just so happen to click on the link sorry for the mess but Jessica from http://www.jessicamariephoto.com/ and I have also partnered up to get some great shots of my girls in my tutus for my website photos, business cards, flyer's ..etc. I am really looking forward to working with her and can't wait to get the pictures taken. We have been talking about locations and poses so it's going to be a lot of fun! I will definitely let you know once that will all be done. Oh I know I said one more thing but as I was finishing I thought of two more things. I want to thank my cousin Ricky for working on my logo ( you better be working on it ...ha!)! Many, many thanks to him as well. You can see some of his work along with the rest of his team at Sour Grapes 13!

Finally, Saturday night I decided to work on something new to add to my "I know I can do that" list! LOL!! FRAMES!! Custom made cute, different, fun frames! Here goes a picture and you can now order these as well!!

For one of my bestest girls!!

So my girl Mary is having a bad day so I thought I'd make her a cute lil slide show of us throughout the years to let her know that at the end of the day she has ME and the rest of the group! These have been some of our most fun moments! We have SOOO many more but unfortunately this is all I have saved in my computer at work so it will have to do! I know you were venting earlier and went off on me when I told you "what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger" but who cares I'm telling you again. I mean it's not like I'm scared of you!! LOL!! For my dear friend Shell who I've known for 17 years now! We don't see each other very often but at the end of the day we know we are their for each other! I had to do the soccer theme b/c SHE ABSOLUTELY loves the sport. I can't even recall how many fractured bones she's had b/c of it! HAA! CoNgRaTuLaTiOnS on your second lil blessing!!!
